Been coming to Bluewood for a few years now and all I can say is it's WAY better than you would think. Even though they only have 24 trails, you can ski the whole mountain, the trees are incredible, prefect spacing and less ridden, I had fresh tracks all day on a Saturday. The Park is pretty good too, over the past couple of years they have started putting more effort into it and the contests they held last year were super sick. The lift is a bit slow but they are getting a high speed quad summer 25' and it's not THAT slow. Overall would highly recommend and their prices are really good too.
Incredible Tree Skiing, Great Snow, Up and Coming Park, Family Friendly
No High Speed Lift

Went to Bluewood a lot this year and enjoyed most of my visits. While the mountain is small and the lift is very slow, this mountain has potential to offer a lot of fun. The snow has been pretty decent on many of my visits and I have got to experience even better snow on the off-piste terrain that is offered.
Cheap, Student Discounts, Good Quality Snow, Good Tree Runs, Great Off-Piste Terrain
SLOW Main Lift, Lot's of Little Kids, Few Runs, Short Runs

Great place, good people, and some fun slopes. Definitely a good place to bring some one who hasn't skied before. I recommend the Tamarack Trail, Huckleberry route, Huck Fin slope, and Tucannon slope.
Lots of fun, plenty of blues and blacks, and decent snow
Could use more slopes, not many long difficult slopes.

Our favorite short trip ski area! Comfortable skiing and rarely too crowded.
Close to Tri-cities, reasonable price, usually good snow, friendly staff, main trails are usually well groomed.
Fairly small

Really enjoy skiing here when we only have one day. Friendly mt and staff. Reasonably priced food at the cafeteria. When the weather is cold the snow can be great! When weather a little warm lower half of mt can be wet or hard pack (that's just the way it goes) Overall GREAT AREA !
Close to home and family friendly
a little low in elevation

Fun mountain, great tree skiing. The snow was excellent today, powder on powder and fresh lines all day. Vintner's Cat Skiing is great, nice group, good terrain, and no hiking! Worth it :)
